Expedition Everest

The only thing that I have run for in the last ten years has been the kitchen table. So over the weekend Lea Ann and I competed in the Expedition Everest Challenge at Disney. Saturday night we ran/walked 5k, obsitcal course and a scavenger course for a total of 4.6 miles through Animal Kingdom. We were not first nor were we last so I feel pretty good about that. We had a great time.

Rain Delay

Since mother nature desided to reschedule soccer photos I was forced to only shoot indoors on Saturday. While I was here I photographed Tyler Cox for his Senior Portraits.

Bearcat Baseball

I thought this was pretty neat. While Tyler was here I photographed some of his baseball gear to be used as part of his Senior Portraits. I wanted to share it here with you. Let me know what you think.

Shutter Bugs

The 4H Shutter Bugs came by for a visit on Saturday. We spent over an hour taking about photography and helping them get ready for producing their own photographic artwork. I had a great time showing them around and hope they enjoyed themselves.

Last Day of Summer

Today is the last day of summer. Cooler temps and lower humdity this is my favorite time of the year next to duck season. I have posted two photos from the Bearcats victory of the Rebels of Scott Central. Forest won 7-6 in a muddy gridiron battle Friday night.

Round 2

Bearcats make it 2-0, what a great way to start a new season. Friday night the Forest Bearcats took on the Prentiss Bulldogs at home and finished the night with a 42-6 victory. I will post more images later this weekend on sctonline.net, so go take a look.

Something Kinda New

I have created a poster for the Forest Bearcats for the last several years. This year I wanted to do something a little different. I photographed all 14 senior football players and cheeleaders and created a poster for each one. The posters stand 54" x 35" and will hang on the fence at every home game. Be sure to go by and take a look and let us know what you think.

It's time for football

It's hard to believe that 15 years ago I started shooting Friday night football. I barely knew what end of the camera to look through, let alone how to take a good action photo. That was then, last Friday I shot the Forest Bearcats victory over the Morton Panthers.
Tonight I will shoot the Bearcats against Prentiss here in Forest.
